About Farwell

Lawrence A. Farwell, PhD

Chairman and Chief Scientist

Dr. Farwell named to the Time 100:

The Next Wave

Time Magazine selected Dr. Farwell for

the Time 100: The Next Wave,

the 100 Innovators who may be

“the Picassos or Einsteins of the

 21st century.”

Dr. Farwell is the inventor of Brain Fingerprinting® technology. He also invented the Farwell Brain Communicator, which allows an individual to communicate directly from the brain to a computer and speech synthesizer using electrical brain activity, so that paralyzed people can communicate, "talk," and control computers and other devices even though incapable of moving. He is a former research associate at Harvard University and is the Chairman and Chief Scientist of the Brain Fingerprinting Laboratories, Inc.

Dr. Farwell has conducted and published scientific research demonstrating the direct effect of human consciousness on matter at the quantum-mechanical level. This research helps to explain the fundamental mechanism through which humans use their brains and interact with the environment and demonstrates that human abilities to influence nature, heretofore thought to be impossible, are indeed within the reach of human life and within the realm of scientific investigation.

In addition to dozens of articles in scientific journals, Dr. Farwell has written a book entitled How Consciousness Commands Matter: The New Scientific Revolution and the Evidence that Anything Is Possible (Sun Star Press, 2001). Dr. Farwell also has a Black Belt in Kung Fu. (photo)
