Krishna Ika is President and CEO of Brainwave Science LLC. A successful international entrepreneur since 1992, Mr. Ika has operated several software consulting and services firms, most recently as founder of Government Works, Inc., in 2002. Government Works is a well-established provider of healthcare management solutions, products and services, Serving Federal, State and Commercial Clients across United States. Mr. Ika collaborated with Dr. Lawrence Farwell, inventor of the Brain Fingerprinting technology, to co-found Brainwave Science.
Dr. Thierry Maison − Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Thierry Maison, Chief Technology Officer, oversees all technology operations, research and development, both onshore and offshore for Brain Fingerprinting Technology. Dr. Maison brings more than 35 years of engineering experience in the areas of telecommunications, medical imaging, information technology, and identity security and application infrastructures. Dr. Maison played an instrumental role in development of first body CT-scanner while at Analogic, and as founder of Iron Bridge Networks and Sariga Networks, he developed the first very high-speed carrier grade Internet router. Dr. Maison holds several patents, including one for a multi-protocol label switching (MPLS) protection system, and he developed the first dual-purpose TDM and Internet packet processor. Dr. Maison holds a doctorate in engineering science and a master’s degree from the University of Strasbourg, France.
Richard Keifer - Executive Consultant

Keifer II was a FBI Special Agent, the Foreign Intelligence Polygraph Program Manager, a FBI HQ Polygraph Supervisor, President of the prestigious American Polygraph Association, and the FBI National Polygraph Program Manager for over 25 years. Born and raised in Johnstown, Pennsylvania Mr. Keifer received his Bachelors of Science in Education from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Masters Degree in Instructional Technology from the University of Virginia. Mr. Keifer joined the United States Navy and served as an officer during the Vietnam war.
