When the Britons were celebrating the New Year’s Eve, an unidentified 25-year-old suspected terrorist stabbed three people, including a British Transport Police Officers, at a station in Manchester. The incident, classified as critical, is being investigated by a counter-terrorism police officer after the perpetrator was allegedly heard shouting Islamist slogans.
Three victims- a police officer in his 30s and a man and a woman in their 50s- were taken to hospital to be treated for serious stab wounds, none of which were thought to be life-threating.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) chief constable Ian Hopkins during a press conference said, “Last night we experienced a horrific attack on people out to simply enjoy the New Year’s Eve celebrations in Manchester.” He further confirmed that the attack was being treated as a terrorist investigation.
Witnesses reported the suspect shouted “Allah” and “long live the Caliphate” during the stabbing, which took place on a tram platform at the station just before 9 PM on Monday evening. According to GMP and British Transport Police (BTP), the suspect was arrested within minutes on suspicion of attempted murder.
The UK prime Minister Theresa May said, “My thoughts are with those who are injured in the suspected terrorist attack in Manchester last night.”
The counter-terrorism personnel keeping an open mind in relation to the motivation and investigation for this attack. The 25-year-old man is being interrogated by Counter-terror officers. However, police officers haven’t yet established any intelligence to suggest that there is any wider threat at this time. The police recovered two knives at the scene but do not yet know if both were used in the attack.
According to the United Kingdom’s intelligence analysts, terrorist attacks are exceptionally possible in the country. Britain’s official threat level has long been set at “severe.” Britain which possesses the most efficient counter-terrorism forces in the world like MI5, MI6 and GCHQ still it is virtually impossible to pinpoint the very first act of terrorism carried out within British territory irrespective of using modern investigative tools and strategy.
Recently evil extremist group, ISIS, have appealed ‘lone lions’ to slaughter innocent people “in their festivals” through a chilling propaganda poster and within a fortnight, one of lone lion strike in Manchester. This incident demonstrates the capability of ISIS irrespective of numerous rumors of defeat and incapability of law enforcement agencies to eliminate the imminent threat.
One of the biggest challenges for the counter-terrorism agencies is to identify the terrorists before they attack. The existing conventional investigative tools do not provide reliable or accurate results. As a matter of fact, terrorists use covert attacks to target unsuspecting innocent people. Mostly they are the national or legal migrants who can easily blend in with society or radicalized and plan without raising any threat.
Victoria Station’s case demonstrates exactly why UK counter-terrorism agencies should seek advanced neuroscience-based forensic technology that can identify terrorist from innocent within an hour by tapping inside the human brain and provide accurate intelligence before it’s too late.
Law enforcement agencies are aware of National Security threats but due to lack of evidence and intelligence like in chilling propaganda poster case, they can’t act in proper fashion unless innocent have died. But now, counter-terrorism personnel can use a legal and scientific means to tap inside the human brain of any suspected individual and identify the truth. Brainwave Science has developed and designed an advanced forensic technology called iCognative that can specifically address this problem of counter-terrorism and further reveal what specific crime-related information the suspect possesses or trying to conceal from the investigator with over 99% accuracy. iCognative is the just required tool that could the key to eliminating terrorism around the globe.
iCognative technology can reveal the true identity and determine whether a person including the arrested 25-year-old suspect has any known or unknown connections with any terrorist organization. This technology doesn’t only support law enforcement personnel to identify the threat but also provide means to identify the root of the problem. iCognative is the only technology available in the security market that guarantees a high success rate and results as it is based on the scientifically proven and accepted P300 and P300-MERMER brain responses, which accurately determine whether a suspect’s brain possesses specific crime-related information or not by using a non-invasive proprietary headset to record and analyze brainwaves.
In this case, a 45-minutes iCognative test when utilized by UK counter-terrorism agencies on the 25-year-old suspect would reveal the motive and his connection to the known or unknown terrorist organization and further provide accurate intelligence to identify the accomplice, other terrorists or supporters, information about handler/s, how they are communicated, cryptic code used, how they planned the attack, financial details, identification of mastermind, etc., would be easily available for counter-terrorism personnel to investigate once the iCognative test is completed. An assigned investigator uploads all the investigative details related to this crime or previous terrorist attacks like Manchester concern attack or attack near UK Parliament into the iCognative system protocol. The system records and analyzes the brainwave responses when case related and confidential information (called Stimuli) is flashed to the suspect on a digital screen and determine what information he possesses and trying to conceal from the investigator with over 99% accuracy.
Brainwave Science’s iCognative is the only available technology that can support elite intelligence agencies like MI5 and MI6 to eliminate the threat within hours irrespective of the availability of physical evidence and also provide the long-lost key to crush terrorism. This revolutionary tool from Brainwave Science is instrumental in the elimination of human suffering and improvement in intelligence gathering operations.
