-26 suspects held across Turkey in anti-drug operations-Brain Fingerprinting by Brainwave Science

26 suspects were arrested in anti-drug operations across Turkey on Tuesday, according to security sources.

In the northwestern Tekirdag province, Turkey, the police narcotics crimes control bureau seized 16 suspects on charges of drug trafficking and use, said the sources, who asked not to be named due to restrictions on speaking to the media.

Separately, anti-drug teams apprehended five suspects as part of operations against drug smuggling across the central Konya province. During the operation, more than 31,000 drug pills were confiscated.

Moreover, police and gendarmerie rounded up five people in the Aegean Aydin and the southeastern Mardin provinces for alleged drug production and trafficking.

Drug trafficking is a worldwide threat especially when it is used to fund international criminal and terrorist networks. With so many multiple illegal networks that are smuggling drugs across country’s borders, more people are affected. Increased drug trafficking also means increased health risks, increased levels of violent crime such as homicides, terrorist attacks and many more. According to Interpol, “Turkey is a major staging area and transportation route for several drugs destined for European markets.”, and is the “anchor point” for the Balkan Route. Therefore, there will be an imminent rise in drug trafficking in future.

The primary challenge for the Narcotics Crimes Control Bureau is to collect valuable intelligence that can help them identify and arrest the leaders of these drug trafficking networks in Turkey. When quality intelligence is a crucial part of closing the investigation, existing methods at narcotic police such as surveillance, DNA and tips prove time-consuming and costly.

As an international phenomenon, drug trafficking groups are constantly in search of new methods and enhance technologies. In order to respond to such challenges, Directorate General for Customs Enforcement (DGCE) need a revolutionary innovative security solution, one to aid narcotics authorities in their effort to minimize and stop the threats of drug trafficking.

Why Brain Fingerprinting?

Brain Fingerprinting by Brainwave Science is a rare and phenomenal solution that enables narcotic police find that critical missing link while fully maximizing personnel’s resources and time. Brain Fingerprinting is a one of a kind technology designed to make detection and prosecution unavoidable for drug traffickers. The system offers accurate, reliable, and quick means to match available crime-related information with what is retained in a suspect’s memory bank.  The P300 science behind the technology enables constant detection of whether “information is present” or “information is absent” with over 99.9% accuracy. With applications spanning in areas of Counterterrorism, Border Security, Counterintelligence and virtually all aspects of Law Enforcement, Brain Fingerprinting is a blessing for all these agencies.

With Brain Fingerprinting, an investigator can identify whether a suspect knows confidential information like key members of drug trafficking networks, future consignments, drug routes, cryptic codes, chemicals used in drugs, and banking information used to launder money. Known for its zero false negatives and zero false positives, the value of Brain Fingerprinting is undeniable for narcotics bureau. By revealing what valuable knowledge a suspect has, bureau personnel can clear cases at an unparalleled rate.

Brain Fingerprinting plays an effective role to distinguish innocent suspects from perpetrators after the trade has been executed, using specific information related to the crime. In order to do that, a test case needs to be built. With the help of a Brain Fingerprinting test, any suspect can be a subjected to this test which can be conducted accordingly.  Any confidential information, as suggested earlier, only known to perpetrator will be used as input to the system to conduct a test on suspects. This information can be used as stimuli either in the form of words, phrases or pictures depending on its availability can be flashed on a monitor screen to conduct the test. The system can capture the brain reaction of the brain and clearly identify where the information is present or not. This testing can help investigative agents successfully solve the case and save resources and time.

Brain Fingerprinting is a distinctive and ultimate technology that detects significant intelligence. This rare scientific tool is enough to dismantle top transnational drug trafficking networks. It is designed to empower security personnel with advanced capabilities never before known to the world of security. With increased security risks facing Turkey, the need for Brain Fingerprinting is at its most paramount prevalence.
