Greek Police are investigating a triple murder of three mysterious women who are suspected as immigrants were stabbed to death near Evros River in Greece. The Evros area, where bodies were discovered, is famous as an entrance for migrants trying to enter Greece illegally from Turkey.
According to the coroner’s record, victims’ death, from stab wounds in the neck, occurred within the last two days. The victims haven’t been identified as no identification document were found, however; they appeared to be migrants or refugees, but law enforcement have found yet no substantial evidence. According to Police report, a local farmer found the victims, two of the women were teenagers, tied up and throats were cut open on the Greek side of the river Evros, which runs between Greece and Turkey.
Greece Media stated the victims are of North Africa or Middle Eastern or Asian origin and might be closely related. Police said victims appeared to be between the age of 15 and 30. According to the Greek website News 24/7, Police have denied robbery as a motive as one victim was found wearing gold jewelry. One theory to establish motive by a local law enforcement agency state that the women had got into an argument with a people-smuggler and consequence led to brutality.
Two of the victims had their hands bound. Investigators have yet to determine the motive behind the killings but suspect their smugglers might have wanted to demonstrate to other migrants what would happen if they failed to pay their crossing fees. The Police data states that over 8,400 migrants and asylum seekers were intercepted in the Evros area in the first half of this year.
Greece remains a prime spot for human traffickers to move their cargo into the country and through it to reach other destinations for the people to be exploited into forced labor and as sex slaves. Greece in particular has proved to be an exemplary case study in how no money leads to more problems, and its latest problem is sex trafficking. Although prostitution in Greece is legal, in recent years the number of legally registered sex workers has been dwarfed by the multitude of unregistered foreign women who are rumored to have sex for as little as five euros. Most of these girls are said to be trafficked from abroad and despite the country’s efforts to get on top of things, it’s a sore that continues to fester.
Criminal gangs operating in Greece make more than an estimated 100 million euros annually from crime, with drug and migrant trafficking being the two major illegal activities recorded in the country, the Greek police said in its 2017 report on serious and organized crime. The trafficking of migrants continued to be the biggest illegal activity in the country last year and the number of traffickers arrested by police increased compared to 2016. Along with human trafficking, violent crimes like murders see an escalation to complicate the problem for law enforcement even further. Situations like these demand application of Brain Fingerprinting technology by Brainwave Science. It is one of a kind technology that can provide impeccably accurate answers to the question asked by the law enforcement personnel to solve this case. The technology guarantees over 99% accurate results in more than 85% of the criminal as well as civil cases wherever some investigation has been carried out even in those cases where no physical evidence is discovered.
With the advent of Brain Fingerprinting technology by scientists and technologists at Brainwave Science, law enforcement personnel now have the ultimate power to obtain critical and accurate intelligence from the brains of the suspects. This technology sets a new standard in security solutions as it can accurately determine what the suspect or witness really know and what information they are trying to conceal. A 45-minute Brain Fingerprinting test when utilized by Hellenic Police can identify the perpetrator and further provide missing links, evidence and intelligence that law enforcement requires years to obtain through conventional investigative solutions. Details related to the murder and revealed during the investigation such as: the location of murder, victim’s clothes during the murder, number of victims, type of weapon used, were they smuggled through the river Evros along with other details that not in public domain can act as confidential information are together called Stimuli. These details are uploaded into the Brain Fingerprinting system to conduct a test. The recent arrested/known illegal immigrants, smuggler and witnesses can be subjected to this test and once the test is completed, it may very well provide accurate intelligence that would help law enforcement investigate this case in the right direction.
The system driven algorithms, ease of usage and operations make this virtually unbeatable Brain Fingerprinting solution imperative for any situation in question. Brainwave Science’s Brain Fingerprinting technology is the most advanced weapon for law enforcement agencies combatting trafficking, immigration, asylum combined with violent crimes like murder at a global level.
