July 20, 2018: Murder Mystery of missing 3-year-old girl

SITUATION Officials reported on Wednesday details of a murder of a 3-year-old North Carolina girl that was found in a creek last December. Several days before the murder she was reported missing by her mother. The body was wrapped inside three plastic trash bags and a zippered couch cushion cover weighted down by a chunk of cement tucked inside.
