SITUATION

Latest days have become one of the bloodiest during Israeli-Palestinians conflict. Last Friday was the deadliest day of protests aimed at Gaza’s border blockade in several months. Protests began in March and recently accelerated after the latest failure to negotiate an easing of Gaza’s 11-year-old border blockade. During the latest protest, Israeli aircraft carried out two airstrikes on Hamas militant positions in the Gaza Strip.

According to Palestinian health officials, as a result of the Israeli troops, 7 Palestinians were killed. Moreover, officials confirmed that 2 of the victims were children, ages 11 and 14. A Gaza rights group says the 11-year-old is the youngest to have been killed by Israeli fire in the protests since it started.  Besides, officials claimed about dozens of injured people.

Gaza health officials initially said that the youngest victim was 12. However, his family gave his date of birth as Dec. 29, 2006. Thousands of people attended funerals for 7 Palestinians that were killed by Israeli fire last Friday.   Gaza Health Ministry said total of 506 Palestinians were injured in the clashes.  According to the IDF, some 20,000 Palestinians demonstrated in various locations along the fence, with protesters burning tires and hurling grenades, explosive devices and stones at soldiers. The IDF said it responded with riot control measures in accordance with the open-fire policy.

CHALLENGE

Gaza Border has been one of the most volatile borders for decades now. Though the Palestinians don’t have an army, rockets are regularly fired from Gaza into Israel. Israelis living in border towns are used to having to take shelter and adapting their lives to deal with the rockets. Israel-Palestinians conflict is one of the longest and bloodiest conflicts for many years. Hamas (which rules Gaza) has been leading weekly protests since this March and hundreds of Palestinian protesters lost their lives in this fight. Those protests were accelerated in recent weeks to near-daily events. Protestants claimed that their main goal is pressing for an end to a crippling Israeli-Egyptian blockade imposed after Hamas’s violent takeover of Gaza in 2007.

But at the same time, Israel has all the right to protect its borders, acting in the interests of its citizens and protecting them. When Hamas rejects Israel’s right to exist, it is left only to remains in a state of perpetual, declared war for Israel. And providing border security becomes more and more important every day for both parties of the conflict. Unfortunately, the legitimacy of the use of violence to protect borders of a nation is nothing new on a global scale today that has become a necessity in many conflicts.

WHY BRAIN FINGERPRINTING?

Changes in technology affect both sides, the attackers and the defenders and this equation is never stable or static. Society uses new technologies to decrease the scope of defection — what attackers can get away with — and attackers use new technologies to increase it. However, there are technologies that immediately benefit the defender and are of no use at all to the attacker — for example, Brain Fingerprinting technology by Brainwave Science allows law enforcement to identify suspects both before and after they have committed and left the crime scene and provides no corresponding benefit to criminals. Brain Fingerprinting offered only by Brainwave Science is that example of technologies that elevates the levels of intelligence, investigations, preemptive power to apprehend for border and national security forces to a new level.

Invented to protect interests of innocent, Brain Fingerprinting is a one-of-a-kind, forensic technology that can show what kind of the information person knows. By measuring and recording brainwaves, the technology determines who from suspects knows details of the particular crime that can be known only to criminals. In less than hour of testing Brain Fingerprinting test can aid law enforcement find out who is a perpetrator and who is an innocent.

For Border Security, one of the main tasks that remains is to quickly and accurately determine truth,  cost-effectively corroborate testimonies of suspects. Border security agents can overcome most of their problems with the help of advanced technology called Brain Fingerprinting. The unique intelligence discipline that the technology offers can help reveal hidden connections with illegal organizations. In the case of Israeli-Palestinians conflict, Brain Fingerprinting can play instrumental role in providing higher security on the borders between Israel and Gaza, preventing new conflicts between parties and saving lives of people. In order to conduct a Brain Fingerprinting test, Border Security forces, along with IDF and IAF intelligence, can use details including but not limited to: pictures of known members of illegal organizations; dates and times of previous attacks; type of weapons used; other planned attacks; knowledge of rocket launchers locations along the border, etc. to weed out connections of suspects with violence causing terror groups. The technology with more than 99% of accuracy will determine who from suspects knows such hidden details.

Brain Fingerprinting is an incredible technology that can supplement as well as complement almost 85% of all investigations related to any crime or terrorism act, including support to  Border Security forces worldwide. Singularly proven Brain Fingerprinting technology by Brainwave Science is ready not only to support in nations in areas of Border, Security, Counter-terrorism, Trafficking and Intelligence but in all criminal and civil investigations and a whole spectrum of situations with all benefits afforded at a very minimal cost to generate savings in time and money for law enforcement agencies.
