Terror at the gate or inside in India: Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists waiting to launch attacks

According to India’s Multi-Agency Coordination Centre intelligence (MAC) there has been a report, Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT)- an Islamic militant organization based in Pakistan is determined to launch attacks in India to disrupt festival seasons that just started today with Dusshera or Vijaya Dashmi and lasts till Diwali – one of the biggest Hindu festivals. The state’s latest intelligence reports suggest that at least four groups of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists are inside Jammu and Kashmir or are waiting to enter. LeT has reportedly been supported by Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) since the early 1990s as one of many paramilitary groups used by Pakistan as proxy forces to create instability in India. The group’s most recent large-scale attack took place in Mumbai, India’s financial movie industry capital, in November 2008, known as the 26/11 attacks. According to a Times Now media report filed, “A LeT battle-action team of five terrorists is waiting at the house of Kamal Deen in Khori, a village in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, opposite Poonch. They are planning to target the army’s positions on the line of control… Four groups of Lashkar terrorists are either inside J&K or waiting at the launch pads, ready to infiltrate.”

As recently as September 2018, India and the US have acted jointly in a quiet fashion over the past year against Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba, a terror group that New Delhi holds responsible for orchestrating most terror strikes including the 26/11 attack in Mumbai. New Delhi and Washington have been quietly working on cornering the LeT and its network.  It is clear that after al-Qaeda, LeT is the most dangerous terrorist group operating in South Asia. LeT is a formidable and highly adaptable adversary with a genuinely global reach and the ability to grow roots and sustain operations in countries far removed from its primary theater of activity in South Asia. Though India’s proximity to Pakistan has resulted in New Delhi absorbing most of the blows unleashed by LeT, the carnage in Mumbai demonstrates that the terrorism facing India is not simply a problem for New Delhi alone.

With elections approaching in 2019, it has become imperative that the current Indian government headed by Prime Minister Modi take stern action against LeT – a Specially Designated Global Terrorist (SDGT) organization’s leader Hafiz Saeed who continues to spew who venom against India and threatens India’s national security.

India has been a target for al Qaeda and the global jihadist movement for over a decade. India has often been listed by Bin Laden and his accomplice Ayman Zawahiri as a part of the ‘Crusader-Zionist-Hindu’ conspiracy against the Islamic world. LeT was banned in Pakistan in 2002 but continues to operate there under a number of cover names including Jamaat ud Dawah. Its self-professed goal is to create an Islamic state in all of south and central Asia, not just Kashmir. In order to capture and curb terrorism in India, there needs to be a preemptive solution to the problem. Situation demands that India upgrades its intelligence to capture terrorists before they infiltrate and strike. With great HUMINT the technology that can help India achieve its goal has arrived. It is called iCognative and this modern, cutting-edge and highly accurate technology is developed and supplied only by one company in the world named Brainwave Science. iCognative scientifically, accurately, and humanely detects concealed information, such as the details of criminal or terrorist activities, stored in the brains of the perpetrators. The technology identifies any specific concealed or hidden information in the brain and it is based on the solid scientific foundation called P300. It relies on brain information processing that detects a distinct change in electrical activity when a human brain responds to the sight of familiar stimuli.

In the case of intelligence received by Indian agencies, Multi Agency intelligence team can investigate all suspects related to this case in the regions they have identified as places where terrorist camps exist. Details such as: LeT battle-action team of five terrorists is waiting at the house of Kamal Deen in Khori, a village in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir; four LeT terrorists are opposite the Krishnaghati and Bhimbergalli sector; Six LeT men with two guides are at Gabdori launchpad in the Nowgam sector; terrorists are likely to infiltrate via Eagle Pass, Duti, Daliayangali, Tung Valley and into the Rajwar forest; including intelligence related to names of terrorists and type of attacks planned can all be exposed using a simple iCognative test. All the above-mentioned details (Called Stimuli) are uploaded to the automated iCognative technology test protocol to conduct a test on any person of interest or a suspect. As the persons of interest/suspects watches, while taking the test, brainwaves are captured for each suspect and measured at the end of the test. In a fraction of a minute, complex algorithms analyze and gives final result in each suspect case whether information Present or Absent.

Within 45 minutes to an hour, each suspect can be identified whether his/her involvement is present or absent in the situation under investigation. Additionally, this effective solution serves the Security forces with an opportunity of investigating deeply in this case and get the truth from each suspect. iCognative has tremendous ability to identify masterminds and planners behind the scene through testing on foot soldiers.

Indian security and intelligence agencies can use power of iCognative to detect information stored in the brain that is known only to people with inside knowledge of a terrorist or criminal organization, such as LeT or Al-Qaeda-trained terrorists. In addition, it can detect information known only to people trained in a particular field, such as bomb makers (IED / EOD experts). With iCognative on side of law enforcement, national security agencies can very well reverse engineer the whole terrorism network, expose their financial routes, who is funding what and collect evidence that can dismantle the whole LeT network and bring peace to the region.
