In a joint operation, Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terror Squad (ATS) and West Bengal Police arrested two Bangladeshi terrorists associated with Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) from Noida on Tuesday. Their arrest occurred just three weeks before the Independence Day celebrations at the historic Red Fort from where India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation.
The arrested terrorists identified as Musharraf aka Musa, and Rubel Ahmed, both Bangladeshi nationals. According to Director General of Police (DGP) OP Singh, Musharraf and Rubel were planning to carry out a major terror attack in the National Capital Region (NCR) on Independence Day.
West Bengal police will hold them on transit remand for further investigation, the DGP said. “A team of UP ATS will also interrogate them to extract more information” he said. ATS can make more revelations only after interrogation, officials said.
High Alert has been announced in the national capital ahead of India’s Independence Day on August 15. Intelligence agencies have warned of a terror attack planned by Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) ahead of the Independence Day.
The information was revealed by Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorists Syed Muneer-ul-Hassan Qadri, Ashiq Baba and Tariq Ahmad Dar, who were recently arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for their role in the Nagrota Army camp attack in 2016 that killed seven Indian soldiers.
During interrogation, the counter-terror probe agency found out that JeM has been sending its trained agents, which mostly include misguided Kashmiri youth, under different appearances such as a plumber.
Terrorism has become one of the gravest threats to internal security in India. Terrorism is lethal, unpredictable, and causes mass casualties. The most dangerous terrorist menace comes from groups with intimate connections to the global jihadist network centered as ISIS, JeM, Al Qaeda, Lakshar and its allies in the Pakistan’s Jihad culture.
Terrorist organizations, through repeated attacks, highlight Law Enforcement inability to provide security and protection to the Nation. It is likely only a matter of time before another significant terrorist attack plot occurs. There cannot be any doubt that India needs to dramatically enhance its counterterrorism infrastructure. Improvement will require significant infusions of accurate resources, intelligence and leads.
Law enforcement must find a revolutionary, fool-proof technology to strengthen their counter-terrorism strategy. In addition, they must make a point and fight and eradicate terrorists who plans and carry out these attacks. Therefore, it is important for law enforcement to know what this terrorist organization plans and who are the masterminds and other key members of these networks? How can counter-terrorism agencies be empowered to outsmart and outperform in fight against terrorism?
The answers lie in iCognative Technology by Brainwave Science. This remarkable technology is way ahead of existing technologies in the security market. iCognative technology has a unique ability to distinguish between terrorists and innocents, even before and after they strike by a simple iCognative test. This test will help to reveal concealed information about terrorist attacks and other details that are stored in a perpetrator’s brain.
Counterterrorism authorities can use the iCognative technology to determine if an individual’s memory contains specific knowledge of any fact or situation, such as the details of a terrorist attack, bomb-making knowledge, or the inner workings of a terrorist organization.
This technology is so powerful that it can determine what the terrorist knows and can help identify him with a 99.9% accuracy, based on a simple but effective 45 minutes test. To conduct a test on a subject, the test case needs to be built with both known and confidential information about this attack (only known to the perpetrator and investigator), is input into the iCognative system. For example, in this case, information such as planned date of the terrorist attacks; location of attacks; Type of explosives used; route of entry; link with a terrorist organization; involvement of other members of the terrorist group. This information, used as stimuli in the form of words, phrases or pictures, depending on its availability, will be flashed to the suspect on a monitor. iCognative system collects brain responses to each stimulus and all these brain responses are analyzed at end of the test by a unique algorithm and determine with 99.9% accuracy if the information under question is present or absent in the brain in the brain of the suspect.
iCognative is the most superior and reliable forensic technology available in the security market as it guarantees a high success rate and results with an accuracy rate of 99.9%. This technology can provide important intelligence about this foiled terrorist attack plan to help authorities make a huge advancement in eliminating these terrorist organizations. iCognative by Brainwave Science has a proven track record of supporting law enforcement agencies protect innocents and help Anti-Terrorism Police capture all terrorists within and outside the country.
