January 26, 2018 | Brainwave Science

A terrorist attempt took place at a police station in Pulwama district in Jammu and Kashmir when terrorists hurled a grenade inside the station. There were no injuries or casualties reported. This took place on a day when India celebrates its 69th Republic Day.

This is not the first attempt, as earlier on January 22nd terrorists lobbed a grenade near Baramullah police station. One policeman got injured.

Another similar attack took place on the last day of 2017 when five Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawans were killed in a heavily armed terrorist attack in a CRPF camp in Pulwama district of south Kashmir.

The rise in terrorist attacks is a fundamental problem in today’s world. Terrorists are finding new methods of perpetration; they’ve refined their process quicker than before. These problems make law enforcement’s role harder, challenging them to find new solutions to aid them in their counterterrorism mission.

The technological answers in today’s world are deficient in comparison to the severity of terrorist threats. Counterterrorism agencies face a great challenge in finding the right solutions to help them find criminals, prevent or stop terrorist attacks.

Law enforcement agencies in India are facing not only lone-wolf attackers but also entire terrorist networks that spread terror and give the opportunity for more criminal acts.

In this context, an innovative strategy for gaining intelligence is imperative. iCognative provides a scientific solution to the fundamental problem in counterterrorism: distinguishing between terrorists from innocents before the terrorists strike.

iCognative by Brainwave Science is a technological innovative solution that empowers law enforcement to fight against terrorist acts more efficient.

Counterterrorism agents can utilize the iCognative solution to determine if an individual’s memory contains specific knowledge of any fact or situation, such as the details of a crime scene, bomb-making knowledge, or the inner workings of a terrorist organization. The value of this unique solution stands in its capacity to find in the human brain valuable information, with a proven accuracy of 99%.

In cases like the terrorist attempt the police station in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama, suspects can be investigated with the help of iCognative. The incident proves a new limit has been crossed, as terrorists targeted law enforcement agents.

When terrorist activities or items associated with those activities are recognized by the suspect, the brain emits the involuntary response known as P300. One iCognative test, lasting 45 minutes to an hour, can reveal critical pieces to solve the complex puzzle of terrorist networks.

This unique security solution is best positioned to corroborate evidence that will either go concealed by a terrorist, using advanced neurological responses that cannot be manipulated or suppressed.
