Child Prostitution is common in the United States. In February of 2017, 22 people were arrested and 2 children were rescued during a major event. In another story from Florida. A 15-year-old boy was being used as a sex slave in Florida, by the 7 arrested persons.Oakland man prostituted girls
It is unfortunate that 10 million children are involved in prostitution across the globe as you read this. 100,000 of them are States alone. This shows that children are at great risk from criminals who are willing to pimp them because of high demand. Also, children are highly vulnerable as they are usually gullible, weak and not able to fight back. They are kidnapped and or tricked into becoming involved in either prostitution or sexual activities in order to survive. Children are soft targets. There is big money to be earned in child prostitution. The United Nations has declared child prostitution illegal. Believe it or not, Argentina is one of the favored destinations of paedophile sex tourists from Europe and the United States, because the client is not punished in this country.Oakland man prostituted girls
The black market of child prostitution generates over 14 billion dollars yearly in the United States alone. And this accounts only for the revenue generated through child sex advertisement and fulfilment through illicit websites.
The challenge here is that adults who prey on children live double lives. They blend into society and hold regular jobs/businesses and thus are not suspected to be offenders. They are the most dangerous because it is very difficult to detect their involvement in crimes using conventional intelligence gathering mechanisms.
Can modern science help identify such pimps and traffickers before they destroy more lives, can it help screen them out from the regular public using only the crime-related information stored in their brains?
Brainwave Science, a company based in Massachusetts, US, presents iCognative– a technology fundamentally superior to all alternatives available in the market. iCognative is a state-of-the-art weapon in the fight against child-sex trafficking, but also all types of crimes like law-enforcement, human trafficking, national-security, border-security, immigration, drug trafficking, and counter-terrorism.
It is like a multipurpose tool, which is applicable in all kinds of situations. Believe it or not, iCognative is applicable to 85-90% of all civil and criminal cases. Whereas, DNA and conventional fingerprints are uncovered in only 1-2% of the cases. Moreover, it is very costly to recover and preserve the samples. A huge team, a specialized laboratory and plenty of time are needed for such tests. An investigative agency facing a backlog of cases will be simply overwhelmed. A suspect in custody waits for a torture-free interrogation, a fair trial,
This revolutionary solution is called iCognative. It is the forensic advancement which the agencies have been waiting for. It can transform the way suspects are convicted or freed. The investigators need the ability to swiftly screen suspects. iCognative test takes merely 45 minutes per test subject, be it a witness or a suspect. The result whether the subject is aware of incriminating information or not is available immediately after the conclusion of the test. Thus, iCognative helps the investigators conduct a quick and broad search for the likely culprit amongst the many suspects. Once, they have narrowed down to the likely culprits, they can dive deeper. They are free to conduct more specific iCognative tests as the investigation progresses.
To conduct a iCognative test the only requirement is that an investigation must have been carried out. In every crime, there is information/details which only the perpetrator is aware of. This is embedded in his or her brain as they have thought of, planned or executed the crime. iCognative test presents test suspects with information about the crime and measures their brain responses to each crime-related information. The system can accurately tell if the test subject is aware of details which only a perpetrator could know. These are presented in the form of images, words, and phrases, on a computer screen, to a test subject, while he or she wears a headset, which is designed to read a specific type of brain response and relay it to the iCognative computer. Here, after analysis, it returns the result in the form of ‘information present’ or ‘information absent’.
The stimuli which can be used in his test could include, but not be limited to, details of activities related to prostitution of the young female children, details of the hotel where the victim was held, how they were transported to the venues, the advertisement methods used, details of the money exchanges between him and his customers, call records of the suspect, etc. During the test, he will be able to use no countermeasures, as there have been no reports of any, till date. Consequently, iCognative reports no false positives and no false negatives.
The California agencies investigating this child sex-trafficking case must give iCognative a try. Agencies all over the world have tried it and realized its utility in the field of investigation and screening. Brainwave Science is proud to empower law enforcement and all agencies which fight for justice.
