The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers arrested over 150 undocumented immigrants at a trailer manufacturer in Los Angeles.  According to ICE, arrested immigrants have committed crimes such as assault/battery, crimes against children, weapons charges and DUI, thus, violated the U.S immigration laws. Three-day operation conducted by Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) after receiving tips that a local company, Load Trail, hired undocumented immigrants who had used fraudulent identification documents.

The ICE criticized a state law that prohibits local law enforcement from notifying the agency when an undocumented immigrant is released from custody. According to the spokesperson, it is a challenge to monitor and track the whereabouts of released immigrants.

Among those arrested was ICE fugitive Armando Nunez-Salgado, 38, a Mexican citizen and Sureno gang member. According to ICE agent, Nunez has been deported by ICE on four prior occasions. His criminal convictions include assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, hit-and-run and evading a police officer. He and other immigrants will face federal criminal prosecutions for illegal entry and illegal re-entry after deportation.

The debate on immigration in the United States  continues to be, subject to a great deal of controversy. Illegal immigration, especially through the U.S. Mexican border is a gateway to potential criminal activity and terrorism in the United States. According to reports, there are over 12 million illegal immigrants in the country and a serious threat to national security.

The US government needs a comprehensive solution to the problem of illegal immigration. The major challenge for the law enforcement around the globe is the inability to gain accurate intelligence such as an immigrant’s criminal history, accurate background, the purpose, how they illegally re-enter the country and other vital information that traditional biometric systems such as retina scan, fingerprints and interviews used at borders or during an investigation cannot provide fruitful results for.

Immigration has been a touchstone of the U.S. political debate for decades, as policymakers must weigh competing economic, security, and humanitarian concerns. In order to address such sensitive issues that ring so close to politics a neutral, objective and unbiased scientific technology is required. Brainwave Science team has answered the call. The only existing technology that can provide the most efficient and clear intelligence about illegal immigrants with over 99% accuracy is developed by Brainwave Science and it’s called iCognative. This technology is the closest and most advanced specific screening tool with impeccable accuracy to determine critical intelligence hidden in the brain of arrested or suspected illegal immigrants. iCognative, may not be the silver bullet but goes as close as one can get to being named as one, to identify what information an immigrant is trying to withhold from the investigators.

Compared to conventional screening and investigative methods, iCognative is the single technology available in the security market that can determine what the immigrant really knows without the need of any physical evidence and can further provide significant information such as how they penetrated the country, who provided the fake identification documents, any specialized training or expertise, involvement in any other wrongdoings, names and pictures of known illegal immigrants and other sensitive information from the foolproof source of all actions- the brain.

A 45-minute iCognative test scientifically and accurately provide all the necessary information as suggested above without using inhumane methods like torture. The technology guarantees positive results with impeccable accuracy levels as the testing involves no question answer, no false positives or false negatives and minimal human intervention, therefore, it is the sole existing technology that is virtually invincible.

By using Brainwave Science’s ground-breaking iCognative technology, ICE and other agencies can locate other illegal immigrants in weeks rather than months and identify the illegal immigrants from innocents with over 99% accuracy. With the employment of iCognative, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency can obtain impeccably accurate intelligence about immigrants and their past criminal acts or potential threat to National Security within an hour.
