Fatima Nafees, the mother of mysteriously disappeared Jawaharlal Nehru University student Najeeb Ahmed, was devastated after the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) filed a closure report and has ended the long search.
According to media report, “Ahmed had gone missing from the Mahi-Mandvi hostel of the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) on October 15, 2016, following a scuffle with some students allegedly affiliated to the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) the previous night.” In the closure report, CBI informed Delhi High Court that they investigated the case thoroughly but couldn’t track the missing person or have any intelligence about his whereabouts.
According to eyewitnesses, the group of ABVP students had beaten up Najeeb before his disappearance the next morning. The council had earlier said nine students were named in a complaint filed by 18 eyewitnesses, but they weren’t interrogated. However, the CBI denied any offence committed against the missing person.
Fatima Nafees objected the CBI report, Fatima told the court that it was a “political case”- due to religion perspective and “CBI has succumbed to the pressure of its master.” Senior advocate Colin Gonsalves, appearing for Ahmed’s mother, had claimed that neither the CBI has done its best in finding Ahmed nor has it probe the matter in a fair manner.
“I am saddened because the CBI carried out a biased investigation and its sole objective was to shield those who assaulted my son before he went missing. I have been facing injustice right from the first day,” Victim’s mother said.
According to the CBI officer, the disappearance information was shared with DGP/ chief secretaries of all states. The team were sent to multiple locations and a reward of INR 10 Lacs was announced for public information related to the case. More than 600 cops, sniffer dogs search the university premises. Due to lack of any evidence and no fruitful leads, nearly two years after Ahmed went missing from JNU, the Delhi High Court has finally allowed CBI to file closure report in the investigation.
Irrespective of being one of the elite intelligence agencies in India, CBI couldn’t gain any substantial evidence or intelligence about the Najeeb Ahmed. This disappearance case caused massive student protests in the New Delhi including a protest march to India Gate.
According to media reports and investigative reports, there have been several eyewitnesses, suspects include an auto driver whose vehicle was hired by Najeeb outside the JNU, even after using the conventional investigative tool such as interviews and lie-detector test on Najeeb Ahmed’s roommate and nine suspects in the case, CBI can’t obtain any evidence to confidential say if he is dead or alive. The missing student’s mother has been accusing this premier investigation agency saying that: CBI carried out biased probe. It is unclear what has happened in this case due to conflicting witness accounts and lack of evidence pose a great challenge in this case.
After two years of investigation, hundreds of hours, manpower and several conventional investigative tools failed to provide any intelligence on Najeeb whereabouts. Only existing intelligence-gathering technology developed by Brainwave Science guarantees positive results and provide an impeccably accurate intelligence and leads to the Najeeb disappearance case is Brain Fingerprinting technology. As a significant step to solve such a mysterious case without lack of essential evidence is through accurate intelligence and leads from witnesses and suspects. Brain Fingerprinting is one such technology that can very well help crack this case open. This technology harnesses the power of brainwaves to deliver over 99% accurate results in any case where some investigation has been carried out.
Given that some of the suspects have been apprehended along with witness testimonies are sufficient for Brain Fingerprinting to generate accurate intelligence and leads to support investigation process carried out by several law enforcement agencies and forensic laboratories in India. Brain Fingerprinting is the only existing technology available in the global security market that can determine exactly what the suspects or witnesses know and can further provide accurate intelligence and leads for CBI to delve deeper only on leads that can help gain the most accurate information.
As there is an accusation of bias, CBI must utilize Brain Fingerprinting to determine with over 99% accuracy of all the suspect’s involvement in this case, knowledge about Najeeb location, when he was last seen by suspects and witnesses, verify the witnesses and suspects testimonies and other vital information necessary to investigate this case. Details related to the disappearance revealed during the investigation such as: when was Najeeb last seen; time and location; victim’s clothing before the disappearance; ABVP member with whom he reportedly has conflict; alibi verifications; other people he had animosity with and their involvement in his disappearance, the physical appearance of Najeeb according to auto driver, rivalry, etc ., along with other confidential details collected during the investigation (called Stimuli) is uploaded in to the Brain Fingerprinting system by the investigator to conduct the test on all persons of interest, suspects or witnesses. Brain Fingerprinting can also be conducted on Najeeb’s mother who claims that she has no idea of his whereabouts if CBI has doubt of some other nefarious issues. Nine suspects along eighteen witnesses can be subjected to this test and further intelligence would help CBI acquire valuable leads and missing links that may very well crack the case open.
Brain Fingerprinting can be used to prove the involvement of the accused suspects or through the verified testimonies of witnesses, the law enforcement agency can locate Najeeb. Brainwave Science’s Brain Fingerprinting is the perfect intelligence gathering technology that guarantees positive results in this mysterious case and helps facilitate evidence needed by CBI to ensure a resolution is brought to the case and the truth triumphs over speculations.
