Ori Ansbacher, 19-year-old young woman, who had been missing since early Thursday was named as the murder victim when her body was found by Police in the woods near the Jerusalem Biblical Zoo. According to investigators, the victim was found exposed and “with signs of violence” on her body.
Israel Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, issued a statement saying, Ansbacher was killed “with shocking brutality” and we will find those responsible for it and we will bring the matter to justice.
According to a police official, investigators were “exploring all possible motives,” as numerous police and Shin Bet personnel continued to search the area where Ansbacher was found dead. As part of the investigation, CCTV cameras in the area were checked and intelligence operations are being carried out.
Ansbacher was a volunteer in the Yeelim youth center in Ein Yael, which is located in the Emek Refaim forest, as she worked there as part of her civil service.
Family members had reported their daughter missing earlier in the day saying they had lost contact with her. Victim’s body was found in Ein Yael, which lies between the Jerusalem zoo and the West Bank village of Walaja. Ynet reported she had left her workplace distraught and told friends she was going to spend some time alone in nature. However, this was the last contact anyone had with her.
A court imposed a gag order on all details of the murder, which was being investigated by the police and the Shin Bet Security service. The order was partially lifted on Friday Morning to allow identification of the victim.
According to Magen David Adom, a medic, “When we arrived at the scene we were taken to an open area when we saw the 19-year-old-woman who was without a pulse and not breathing, unfortunately all we could do was pronounce her dead.”
Israel, the West Bank and Gaza, regardless of the present political unrest, have a moderate crime rate. According to stats, only 10% of Israelis feel it is dangerous to walk alone after dark in the local areas. This could be because most of the Israeli had never fallen victim to acts like burglary or violent crime. However, the recent horrifying news of Ori Ansbacher; 19-year-old women found brutally murdered; would transform the perception and cause chaos among the taxpayers. This could be the prime reason why court enforced a gag order on all details of this murder. Another horrifying violent crime occurred in January, elderly Israeli couple were stabbed and murdered in Jerusalem City where the bodies of the dead couple showed signs of violence.
Israel Prime Minister promised that law enforcement agencies including Shin Bet would quickly find those responsible for the murder of Ansbacher and will bring the matter to justice. A relevant question is how? when the biggest challenge for the law enforcement personnel in such a situation is the minimal evidence and accurate intelligence to determine the motive behind the crime.
For the law enforcement agencies, determining the motive behind the crime is a fundamental and in this case, it is like to look for a needle in a haystack- a time taking process. The existing conventional tools deployed by law enforcement agencies in such cases do not provide beneficial results due to lack of physical evidence and further don’t reveal what information the suspect or witness possesses and trying to conceal from the investigators.
With the involvement of Israeli politicians from across the political spectrum including the President and Prime Minister, law enforcement personnel are under relentless pressure to identify the heinous perpetrator/s and prohibit such crimes in the future. To investigate this case in the right direction, law enforcement agencies need accurate and reliable intelligence and evidence, which cannot be granted by the existing conventional investigative tools usually preferred by the investigators.
Ansbacher’s case demonstrates exactly why Israeli law enforcement agencies that have encountered such hideous crimes in the past desperately need to consider for an alternative method or process to gather accurate intelligence and evidence, verify the testimonies of friends and family and identify the perpetrators within a brief time period. In order to crack this case open, a non-intrusive, affordable and efficient technology with virtually perfect accuracy is needed by the law enforcement personnel to maintain the trust of the citizen on law and order. Brainwave Science has unveiled the most revolutionary technology of this age that enables law enforcement to determine who the perpetrator of a crime is, by matching information of the crime scene directly from an infallible witness- the human brain with over 99% accuracy without necessity of physically evidence and it’s called iCognative. This technology is the only hope for law enforcement agencies to solve this case, identify the perpetrator and find significant evidence that can help deliver justice as promised by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Considering the relentless pressure upon Israeli law enforcement agencies at this moment, iCognative is the only technology that can guarantee no perpetrator would remain unpunished for his crime due to the limited substantial evidence. Israeli law enforcement agencies can utilize iCognative technology in such complex and crucial cases where swift conviction of the perpetrator is necessary in order to preserve the faith of citizens on law and order. In this case, all the necessary crime-related information could be accessible and verified with almost perfect accuracy once a 45-minutes iCognative test is conducted by law enforcement personnel on the suspects, family and friends to verify the testimonies. Information such as: when and where Ansbacher was last seen, who contacted or approached her before her disappearance, who accompanied her to the woods, what was she wearing at the time of disappearance, why she had left her workplace distraught, any suspicious activity and other vital information along with witness testimonies as well as testimonies of colleagues, friends and family, etc, would be easily available to law enforcement personnel to investigative this case in the right direction once the test is completed.
An assigned investigator uploads all the investigative details related to this case into the iCognative system protocol. The system records and analyzes the brain responses when case related known and confidential information (together called Stimuli) is flashed to the suspects on a digital screen in the forms of pictures, phrases or words and determine with over 99% accuracy what information they possess and trying to conceal from the investigator. iCognative guarantees no false positives and no false negatives and provide the same accuracy rate and results no matter how many times is conducted on the same suspect.
Brainwave Science’s iCognative is the only available neuro-science technology that have the 100% capability to solve this case, reveal the truth and identify the perpetrators from innocents within a record-breaking time. Law enforcement agencies around the globe recognizes iCognative as a game changer in solving complex crimes.
